Therefore, all products for sale are original and purchased directly from the manufacturer. ASIOFFICIALSTORE.COM is an official dealer of all products and brands on this site.
The products sold are, therefore, carefully selected according to strict quality control standards.
asiofficialstore.com, on this site, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase only items already in stock. There is no provision for the customer to order items that are not already in stock. Therefore, an order that contains an item that has since become unavailable, even by mere error, shall be considered void. The receipt by asiofficialstore.com of the order, transmitted by the Customer by telematic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract. With the conclusion of the contract, asiofficialstore.com agrees to provide the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and limitations provided in these conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders against persons who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the category of “final consumer” or that, for whatever reason, the product ordered is not available for sale.
By submitting the Order, all the provisions contained in these Conditions are accepted unconditionally and the Customer undertakes to comply with them in dealings with asiofficialstore.com.
By submitting the Order, therefore, the Customer implies full knowledge and full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions, as well as the additional information contained in the web pages of the site referred to herein and/or linked.
1. PAYMENT INFORMATION
1.1 Forms of Payment.
The purchased item must be paid for at the same time as the purchase transaction closes, by credit card, by bank transfer or by PayPal account.
Credit Card: There are no fees and no risk. Credit card information is encrypted during transmission and is handled directly by the Pay Pal payment platform we rely on: asiofficialstore.com will never have access to it in any way.
PayPal: Using PayPal is simple. With PayPal, you don’t have to enter financial information with every purchase or share personal information. To submit a payment with PayPal, simply open an account, confirm your email, and associate a payment method with your PayPal account.
Bank Transfer: The bank details to properly complete the transition will be available at the time of payment. We will ship your order when the transfer is credited to our bank account. We remind our customers who use this payment method that after 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of placing the order, if the Transfer has not yet been credited to our bank account, asiofficialstore.com reserves the right to cancel the order. Please note that, for any bank transfer arrangement you make, you must instruct that the charges from your bank are your responsibility. The amount in our favor must match the order.
2. INFORMATION ON VAT EXEMPTION AND IMPORT TAXES
2.1 Price reserved for customers residing in EU countries.
The prices of the products that are published on the website asiofficialstore.com reflect the actual selling price of the goods and are shown including VAT.
2.2 Price reserved for customers residing in non-EU countries.
The prices of the products that are published on the asiofficialstore.com website reflect the actual selling price as well as the Tax-Free price. The final invoice will reflect the Tax-Free price.
2.3 Import Taxes
Under the domestic regulations of each state, shipments with a destination in a country outside the European Union are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) import taxes. Payment of these import taxes (DDUs) are the sole responsibility and liability of the end customer.
Product prices published on asiofficialstore.com reflect the actual sales price excluding VAT of the goods and DO NOT include import taxes (based on the domestic regulations of each state).
3. SHIPPING INFORMATION
3.1 Shipping charges
Shipments are made by UPS courier service. Shipping is free for orders over 69.00 Euro.
3.2 Shipping date
Orders are shipped by asiofficialstore.com, Monday through Friday with the hours 08:30 AM – 02:00 PM, excluding holidays. Orders received over the weekend (starting Friday afternoon and ending Sunday night) will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping times depend on the geographic location of the destination of the goods. Generally, all shipments to Europe arrive within 24/72 hours from the day of shipment (excluding holidays). However, delivery times are approximate and not binding.
3.4 Available items: immediate shipment
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed.
3.5 Items no longer available
In the event that an item already ordered is no longer available, asiofficialstore.com undertakes to send a communication via email to the customer’s address informing that the ordered goods are no longer available. The customer will then be able to choose whether to have the full amount paid credited to their bank account or credit card as soon as possible or to proceed with the replacement of the item.
By directly accessing their personal area, Customers can view information on the status of their order.
3.6 Shipment Tracking
When the order is shipped, asiofficialstore.com sends its Customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by UPS. Customers can track the status of their order by accessing www.ups.com.
3.7 Shipping Insurance
asiofficialstore.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
3.8 Authorized delivery of the shipment
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are requested to sign for receipt with reservation, or they may refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to report the incident immediately and contact asiofficialstore.com at customerservice@asiofficialstore.com within 5 days of accepting the delivery.
If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the Customer’s expense. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer from asiofficialstore.com
3.9 Shipping Documents.
As required by international trade regulations, all asiofficialstore.com shipments are shipped from Thiene (VI) by the company Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. with an official invoice declaring the exact value in Euros of the items shipped.
It is illegal to declare less than actual amounts or to request that items be declared as gifts.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
4.1 How to return an order
Products purchased on asiofficialstore.com can be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery. To request a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the products are in the same condition as they were received, with original packaging for merchandise items and with tags attached for clothing items.
2. If the purchase was made as a registered user, log into your account, select the order you want to return and click on the “Return” item.
If the purchase was made as a guest user, click the link www.asidesign.com/en/guests-return and enter the order number and e-mail used during purchase.
3. Select the products to be returned and the reason for return. Fill in the Notes section indicating whether you want to receive a refund, a replacement, or both. In case of replacements, indicate the code, size and color of the product to be received.
4. Once you have submitted your return request, wait to be contacted via e-mail by ASI Customer Service who evaluate your request. Please note that Customer Service is not active on weekends and holidays; therefore, return requests received during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

6. Arrange to pick up the package by contacting UPS, either by phone or online, within 14 business days of the delivery date. Alternatively, send the return using the nearest UPS Access Point.
The cost of the return is in charge of the Customer, unless otherwise specified.
Please remember that we can only refund correctly returned products. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, asiofficialstore.com cannot make a refund and the package will be sent back.
asiofficialstore.com is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage occurring on the way to its warehouse and reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise and assess any restocking fees depending on the condition of the merchandise. asiofficialstore.com reserves the right to request photographic support if necessary for the evaluation of the return procedure.
5. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
5.1 Coupons
In case you have a personal discount code, you can use it at the time of payment by entering it in the “COUPON” section provided.
This will allow you to have a discount on purchases equal to the value of the coupon you have or a percentage discount on purchases.

ASI Agenzia Spaziale Italiana’s employees are entitled to a special 25% discount on the retail price. To apply for the discount, it is necessary to create an account at www.asiofficialstore.com using the ASI institutional e-mail address and with the same e-mail address contact ASI Customer Service to receive instructions and a coupon code.
6. SITE POLICY
6.1 Online items and images
asiofficialstore.com and Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. disclaim any responsibility in the event that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site show slight differences from the original ones.

Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse an order if its bank is unable to receive verification from the Client’s bank. Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.
6.6 End Customers
Cristiano di Thiene S.p.A. has created and published the site asiofficialstore.com with the aim of offering a service exclusively for its Customers. The products for sale on the website asiofficialstore.com are intended for the End Consumer.

• It declines any liability relating to any problems, damages or risks that the user may encounter while using the site.

• It declines any responsibility regarding any malfunctions related to the deactivation of cookies in the User’s browser.

6.9 Legal Warranty of Conformity
The Seller shall be liable to the Buyer – who qualifies as a “consumer” under section 6.6 – for any lack of conformity of the Products offered on its site, when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of delivery of the Product itself.
There is no lack of conformity if, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer was aware of the defect, could not ignore it with ordinary diligence or if the lack of conformity was caused by the Buyer himself.
In the event of the existence of defects or lack of conformity, the Buyer shall have the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other. Should one of the cases provided for by law occur, the Purchaser may, alternatively, request an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract and the consequent reimbursement of the price paid.
A minor lack of conformity does not entitle the Buyer to termination of the contract and consequent refund of the full price paid. All return costs for non-conforming Products will be borne by the Seller.
The above legal warranty – as governed by the Italian regulations set forth in the Consumer Code – is always applicable to the sale of Products.
