Returns and Refunds

You can return any product purchased on within 14 working days from the delivery date.

How to request a return

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with the original packaging for merchandise items and with tags attached for clothing items.

2. If you purchased as a registered user, log in to your account, select the order you want to return and click “Return”.
If you purchased as a guest user, click the link and enter the order number and email used during purchase.

3. Select the products you wish to return and the reason for return. Fill out the Notes section indicating whether you would like to receive a refund, a replacement, or both. In case of replacements, please indicate code, size, and color of the product you would like to receive.

4. Once you have submitted your return request, please wait to be contacted via e-mail by our Customer Service who will evaluate your request. Please note that Customer Service is not active on weekends and holidays; therefore, return requests received during these periods will be processed on the next working day.

5. Once you have received the confirmation e-mail, prepare the package and ship it to:

Please, remember that:

• You are responsible for the cost of the return unless otherwise specified.
• Only unused and properly returned products can be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not accept it and we will send it back to the sender.
• We are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage occurring on the way to our warehouse. Should this happen, please contact the selected courier for more information.


If the return is compliant, the refund will be issued within 10 working days after the receipt of the products at our warehouse. It will take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement and 48 hours in your PayPal account. The refund will be made through the same payment method used to complete the purchase.


We allow exchanges only on the same product in a different size or color. Please specify on the return form the products you would like to receive. If the requested products are not available, you will be contacted by ASI Customer Service.
